Basic Service available.
We represent all of the quality manufacturers and can supply you with the doors and windows you need. Our basic service is to deliver them in the crate to your job site, complete and ready to install. Invoice will follow. We also provide the following additional services.
Hold Back.
Caswell provides a “Hold Back” service. You, the builder, can order the windows or doors anytime and Caswell will hold them until you need them. The entire package can be delivered or just the windows or doors, “holding back” of hardware or screens until later, when they are needed. This service allows you to keep your building site free of material not yet needed, reducing losses from damage or theft.
Training.
Caswell maintains training materials and install demonstration aids. Our experienced installers will help train your crew on the proper installation of the door or window ordered for your job.
Inspection.
If requested, Caswell will do a follow-up inspection, after your installation, to preclude problems later. A potential money saver , finding a problem before the homeowner is dissatisfied and the cost to correct is high. Additional Services -Structural Considerations: Caswell will work with the manufacturer and to their specifications assuring that a window stack will be installed to specification. This is important to be certain that stacked windows will perform as warranted by the manufacturer.
